Pico Fireside: 3BR Ski-In/Ski-Out Condo at Pico

Pico Fireside is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo for up to eight guests at Pico Mountain Resort in Killington. Ski-in/ski-out access connects the building to Pico when conditions allow, and shuttle service provides another way to reach Killington.

Living and kitchen
The living room has a sectional and wood-burning fireplace. The open kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. A dining table and three counter stools give everyone room for meals.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
Two bedrooms have queen beds. One queen room connects to the bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the other opens to the covered private balcony. The third bedroom has two bunk beds with four sleeping spaces. The second full bathroom has a tub and shower.

Condo details
The unit is on the second floor and is reached by stairs. WiFi, linens, towels, an in-unit washer and dryer, smart-lock entry, gear storage and parking in the shared condominium lot are included. Pico Sports Center is across the parking lot, but pool and gym access require a separate day pass and depend on current hours and availability.

Location
Pico's lifts are accessible from the property when snow and mountain operations permit. Killington's Snowshed Base is 6.1 miles away, K1 Base is 6.8 miles away and Skyeship Base is 7.4 miles away.

Before booking
The primary renter must be at least 25 and sign the rental agreement. Maximum occupancy is eight. Pets, parties, events, smoking and vaping are not allowed. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM.
