The Farmhouse Condo 412 is a ground-floor, one-bedroom Killington suite with two bathrooms and sleeping space for six. Reclaimed barn board and sliding barn doors give the renovated interior a farmhouse look, while the layout works well for a longer stay.
The main suite has a queen bed and sofa bed alongside an open kitchen, dining space and living area. Stainless steel appliances and an island make the kitchen practical for group meals. The living area has a gas fireplace, large smart TV and access to an outdoor patio. Its bathroom has a tiled shower with body jets.
In the separate bedroom, the king bed can be split into two twins. The ensuite bathroom has a slate-tiled tub and shower. The condo also has air conditioning, a washer and dryer, smart lighting and an Amazon Alexa device. The shared heated saltwater pool opens in summer.
Back Country Cafe is onsite. The hourly shuttle stops across the main road, and Snowshed is 2.9 miles away. Pico Mountain is 3.2 miles away, K1 is 3.6 miles away, and Gifford Woods State Park is 1.8 miles away.
Pets are not allowed, and the condo is smoke-free. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. The posted water notice requires guests to use bottled water for drinking, cooking and other consumption.

- The smart-lock code appears in the Boarding Pass two hours before check-in. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an added charge when the calendar allows. - Smoking and vaping are not allowed indoors. Outdoor smoking or vaping is permitted when all butts are properly disposed of. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Minut technology may be used to measure sound levels. - Pets are not allowed. The fine for an unauthorized pet is $450. - Guests must sign and return the written rental agreement. - The shared heated outdoor saltwater pool is open from 8 AM to 8 PM during its summer season, from Memorial Day to mid-September. - Weather-related refunds are not offered. Travel insurance is recommended. All-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended in winter. - The building is under a posted water notice. Use the complimentary bottled water for drinking, cooking and all other consumption. Tap water may be used for showering, washing and other non-consumption uses.
